This was a fascinating read. I enjoyed reading about Dallas' struggles after what happened to him and Jane as teenagers and Jane's personal struggles herself and the story of how they survived together and apart during that time.
I also liked reading about the struggle between their desire for each other and the forbidden/taboo of them actually having a relationship together. A lot of people may not be able to get past what makes their relationship so taboo but I absolutely love how they come together.
It's definitely a slow burn in some aspects but still has a ton of hot and spicy scenes packed throughout. I'm excited to read the rest of their story in the next books.
