(May Contain Spoilers.)

We finally get to the end of the Blue Castle game. And it's a real long one. It's hard, and the outcome makes sense. Karasuno needs more practice, they still have a little ways to go. But it's a really close game.

I'm really enjoying seeing the teammate relationships. Everyone is getting to know each other better, getting used to each other, and thus we're getting to see their dynamics. After the big game, we get a little break, where everyone settles back into normal life. We see the third years make the decision whether to play in the last game of the year or not, given that they also need to be focusing on exams and college.

It looks like we might get to see some volleyball camp next? Either way, I'm really enjoying this so far.

I might have to try the anime next.

OKAY THE EPIC ART PANEL OF KAGEYAMA SHEDDING THE TYRANT CLOTHING WAS BEAUTIFUL. GAH, this is by far my favorite manga of all time. The found family aspects. The way it’s not just about Karasuno and the found family of the team and their amazing resiliency, but the complexity of the other teams and how there is in depth character analysis and study throughout each manga is literally ICONIC. I can’t get over the growth each character experiences and how they learn to rely on, encourage, and support each other. THE DEFINITION OF WHOLESOME

No matter how many times I see this match between Karasuno and Aoba Johsai, it’s always tense and emotional! BUT TADASHI!!! HE’S TOO DAMN ADORABLE! Precious cinnamon roll!

Volumes like this remind me why I love each character Haruichi Furudate has created in Haikyu!!. This is such a great series because of the characters. Their development, challenges, and of course the way Furudate presents the sport of volleyball has me in a chokehold, as the kids say.
