Part of Love is Always Write - Volume 1

I don't usually read shifter stories so was surprised to find I quite liked this story. In some respects the shifter element was not important, it was just a story about a man making choices based on what was expected of him - mate with someone approved by his family and have children, don't be gay or choose outside of race. It also tells the story of living with a broken heart but eventually following your heart to find happiness.

For a short story it packs a lot in - meet, hot sex, heartbreak, lonely years, follow the heart, more hot sex, fall in love, family backlash, rescue, happy ending.

Very unique twist on shifter species (bear vs. wolf). I liked the story as a whole. Wanted to hit Devlin upside the head with a frying pan for being so oblivious but I guess sometimes denial does hide the most obvious facts from us. Very sweet overall.
