I know that it said I have been reading this since 2021, but I had started to read it again November 1st. It’s definitely a Lord of the Rings clones but it is still it own thing. It was much better than I had expected. I will definitely continue reading the series.

A terrific book but god is it a bit boring at the start?

Yeah, I am going to rewrite this now.

Didn't like my last review because this book was a bit different from the rest? It was boring and exciting at the same time, it had pretty minimal character progression but I loved the characters, some parts were stretched but I could ignore it for what was a journey.

The world was strange and unique, It was mysterious and it had charm, nature was shown in such a light that I envied them, it felt campy. the travelling made me question if they were going to make it.

I am not a great reviewer but I try to dedicate a good review for a good book, it had its moments where I was pulling my hair out but now I can proudly say that the fucking show sucks ass like goddamm how do you do that??? the story is simple and pretty straightforward how do you mess it up also SKIPPING ON MATS AND RANDS JOURNEY TOGETHER WAS A SHITTY MISTAKE, YES I SAW THE TAVERN SCENE WHERE THEY MEET A DARKFRIEND BUT COME ON! besides that I got nothing to say.

I am hoping to read book 2 after I read 3 books, as much as I liked the first book, I think I need a breather.

At the beginning, this feels like a beat for beat copy of Fellowship of the Ring but as the world is gradually introduced and revealed it takes on a feeling of its own. There were a few moments where something is introduced with great significance and is gone again within a few pages but overall the scale and quality of the story was really satisfying.
