I usually like Colleen Hoover, but I think that was more true in her earlier books than the more recent ones. This story was great in terms of a misunderstood girl trying to right her wrongs. But the romance kicked in a teensy bit too soon for me. It was fine - it all worked out in the end. It's a pretty good story with a great ending.

I really liked Brittany Pressley and Ryan West on audio. Good job.

Couldn’t put this one down! So many emotions!

I loved this story. It was actually an emotional rollercoaster of emotions!

I cried through most of the books for all sorts of reasons. I cried even harder at the end.

This is a great book from Colleen .

Den er mega trash! Hader kenna hun victimizer bare sig selv for syyygt
Og seri lecter!

Well this was a heartbreaking story written with brilliance!

It made me wonder if things should have been handled differently, if some decisions are unfair, if fate is cruel …

And here lies the author’s talent, exposing in depth a complicated story with many angles, and making us feel with every person involved in the tragedy.

My heart ached for Kenna, this young mother who endured a lot and only hoped to be with her daughter again … and I loved that Ledger had a key role in piecing back her life together.

I believe that this story goes way beyond romance; it tackles some heavy topics such as the loss of a loved one or a child, grief, motherhood, parenthood, friendship, hope and forgiveness.

And that’s what I mostly loved about it: of course I cared about the romance but the story development was the core of it all, more than the ending …

Oh and I sobbed … like I haven’t sobbed in a long time! But my heart was full at the end and I kept hugging my book for a while :)
