HEAR ME OUT !!! this was probs my second least fav coho book. yes, i did cry. but just once! it was a sad & depressing story. but it just wasn’t for me. the ending was literally rushed for no reason. if you know me, i do not like romance books w kids in it. you throw in pregnancy/children, i’m out. but this one was bearable. ledger was being an annoying & indecisive guy like out on your big boy pants & do something. i do find some connections with kenna in myself which i feel like helps the story. but it was not one i typically enjoy. but what a twist on best friend’s brother am i right?

absolutely INCREDIBLE! may i just say that this may be my second fave colleen book of all time. i have never experienced so much joy, pain and heartbreak all at the same time than i did while reading this. i felt so awful for kenna and what she had to endure but i loved that while i felt bad for her i also felt for every single side character too and i think it added to the story because i never knew who i was rooting for. this book deals a lot with the topic of forgiveness with kenna forgiving herself, individuals forgiving each other which i loved because i haven’t read a book with that as the main theme. and ledger LEDGER when i tell you im in love with him i 100% mean it the things this man does for the people he loves made me absolutely swoon and him helping kenna along the way as well was adorable. i don’t even think i can pick a favorite wrote because i swear i was highlighting and tabbing the entire thing! i don’t care what anyone has to say about colleen hoover, she writes a good romance
OH MY GOODNESS THIS BOOK!!! I loved every single second of it, from start to finish. All the feels.
Once I began reading this book, it was hard to put down!! Colleen Hoover is so good at knowing her audience and how to tug at their heart strings! I’d 100% recommend this book to anyone I come across.
Well I guess I'm part of the Colleen Hoover fan club because wow.
I have zero idea expectations and didn't even have a clue as to what this book was about when I grabbed it off of the library's "new" shelf. I just knew that Colleen Hoover was an authors name I kept hearing rave reviews about so I thought I would crack the spine and see what all the fuss was about and now here we are, down right fan-girling!
It was amazing. I actually cried. The story was beautiful, an actual "couldn't put it down" book and I know people say that all the time but for real, I was annoyed with myself when I realized that I had an alarm set for the next morning and society dictates that I remain pleasant so I needed to go to bed but I did wake up early to finish it!
FYI, it's probably "rated R" as far as that type of things go; there is profanity and the spice factor is definitely there but I wasn't turned off by it as it was a realistic contribution to the story and I felt was in keeping but if you don't like those things, don't pick this one up because it will ruin it for you. I, however, will now be diving into a deep Colleen Hoover literary hole as my freshly raw, emotional soul allows!
