It was heart breaking to read this book for a mother who lost access to her child but also to loose the love of her life. I sobbed and sobbed and sobbed… it is an emotional read, but keeps you going right till the end
This book was so good at giving you a different perspective. I thought it was such a fun pager turner.

I don't know why i expected anything more when i know i don't like coho books, may because of the hype it got and that's understandable i can very very slightly see why some people might like it but it was not for me , the only good part was Kenna's relationship with Scotty ( the one star rating was for them ) because Ledger ( as most coho lead men are ) is a douchbag along with Every other character
Update: I can not have a colleen hoover book with 5 stars ... sorry nope
I read this book in one day, and I even worked. I'm sitting here waiting for the bar to close, and I downloaded the Kindle app on my laptop to just read this book.
The heartache I felt for Kenna, that one bad choice, ruined everything. That Ledger felt that pain every day as well. Ugh, Scotty's parents, my heartaches for them; I could never imagine feeling what they felt.
This book is a prime example that sometimes we need to forgive people and that horrible mistakes do not define a person's entire life.
When Kenna read that fucking letter from the day that Scotty died, tears were blurring the pages. It felt so raw.

every single thing about this was perfect. i cried oh so many times because of how much kenna’s pain got to me and im not even an adult. the writing was beautiful and i loved this so so so much!! i love how at the acknowledgements, coho stated that she didnt put a specific setting for this bc people like kenna are everywhere in the world. it just made everything about this book perfect.
