such a good read

I really enjoyed this book! I loved the drama. I loved Grayson and Violet together. There was one plot twist or smaller detail that I felt like wasn’t addressed that I would’ve liked to see kind of blow up. If you know you know.

Brutal Obsession is dark, hot and suspenseful. I really enjoyed it and this has left me questioning myself. Violet and Grayson are definitely destined to have their lives intertwined together. A dancer and a hockey player, drama, stalkers and knife play, hunter and prey and parents who are questionable. 

The spice was on point, hot, hard and bloody at times.

I really liked this book a lot. I found it unrealistic towards the end and I was like what the f*ck. Other than that, I really enjoyed this book.

After everyone recommended this one to me, I had to check it out!

Greyson is one interesting hockey player lol
After an accident keeps violet from her dance career, she starts to be bullied by Greyson. In the turn of events, he was the one who took her dream. Now, the lines between love and hate blur. There’s knife stuff, blood play, some questionable consent, but I love an obsessed hockey boy!

The suspense in the last 15% was great.

Might pick up the next one soon!

This was recommended from TT and I was intrigued by the summary. The TW are legit so make sure to check those which include breath play and knife play. Overall it was an ok read. The character development felt so rushed with Grayson and Violet meeting and automatically hating each other to obsessed. He also made her do several things that I don’t think he came close to redeeming himself for (ie scene with Steele) I also thought the build up lead to a very anticlimactic ending that didn’t make a ton of sense. My favorite part was Violet and her BF Willow’s “ride or die” friendship. There are tons of good reviews so it is still worth a read if you like sports, college, enemies to lovers, dark romance with lots of kink.
