I really enjoyed this book! This was my first Sophia Sullivan book, I had no idea there were other Jansen Brothers books, so I’ll definitely have to read those too!
Her writing style is so incredibly easy to read and you feel a real connection with the characters. I liked that it went back and forth between two different point of views. At one point I felt like there were A LOT of characters to remember but once I figured out who everyone was-I was good. I wanted to punch Wes from time to time but so did his brothers so I felt like I was in the right place.

I have really enjoyed the world of the Jansen brothers and I am sad it’s over!
Hailey and Wes begin as just friends. Watching their story unfold and become love was so heart warming.
I love getting to read more about Chris and Noah. The brother’s relationship with each other is so nice to read. I love strong friendships in books.
I also enjoy all the strong female characters and their friendships.

Overall, this book was just okay. I switched between the audio and the physical copy of the book, and for the first 60% of the book, it was just like sitting in and observing the day-to-day moments between Hailey & Wes. Their friendship was believable, and then out of nowhere… feelings?? I would have liked to have seen more development of those feelings in the “slow burn” of this friends-to-lovers arc. I hadn’t read the other two books in the series, which may have been helpful to understand the relationship dynamics of the side characters. I also felt there were some tiny, unneccessary plot points introduced that didn’t really get developed/resolved.
I will say that the narration of the audiobook was very good and kept me interested in this otherwise slow story. Thank you to Netgalley and St. Martin’s Press for the ARC, as well as Macmillan Audio for the ALC, in exchange for an honest review.

Cute, but so cheesy and I felt like the pacing was too slow.
Overall a cute read. Wes and Hailey are cute as a couple and it is a fun read. Very slow burn and sweet. I appreciated the writing style. I recently found out that this was the second book in the series but I don't think you need to read the first or read in order. However, I'd be interested in reading another selection by this author.
I hate a third act break up, but even in spite of it, I REALLY enjoyed this book. I love a friends to lovers - it all felt so lovely and organic.
This book is the conclusion to the Jansen Brothers series, but can be read as a standalone. To fully enjoy the history of the characters, I recommend reading the other books in the series.
Hailey has just moved to San Verde from LA to open a salad shop. While taking a break at the coffee shop next to hers, she encounters a bit of a grump who incorrectly assumes she's the blind date that stood him up, based on her name. She encounters him again while delivering salads to a business meeting. Wes feels bad that he was rude earlier, so he goes to her shop to apologize. They commiserate over bad dates and decide to become friends.
What results is a sweet slow burn that is a joy to read. I had a lot of fun reading about these characters and would love to have a book about Fiona....

This is book 3 in the Jansen Brothers series which can be a stand alone The other couples are in this book you can go into it without reading the other 2 as I did
This is about Hailey she's starting her own salad shop and is trying to get her business going and starting over in a new place and new people. She's also a people pleaser she will go out of her way to help anyone but doesn't allow someone to help her and if they do strings have to be attached as she's learned in the past.
Wes doesn't feel the need to get close to other people in that way he has his brothers and that's all he needs. He is the computer Tec at his company but he has also been into making his own games or he used to be.
After a bad run in with Hailey a few times he realizes he was a dick for no reason and they start a friendship and its nice for both of them to be friends only until one day the pull is to much.
This is a SLLLLOOOOOWWWWW Burn and I don't typically like that that slow of romances but I really enjoyed this book the writing was nice and the cast of family/ friend charterers were great. I love how they both help them overcome pass issues to go towards things they really want.

Grab a salad and a comfy seat because this is a great read! So glad I started off my year with this one.
I really wanted to like this book and for about 20% of it I felt like it was decent and had potential to get better. It did not get better.
Instead of a slow burn romance it felt like the first 70% of the book was an almost third act breakup? They had the most ridiculous reasons for not being together and honestly I can even get past dumb reasons love interests aren’t together if the tension is good but there was NO tension.
Then the actual third act break up was so so so dumb. There were also a couple of parts leading up to the third act that were deal breakers for me and made me dislike the FMC a whole lot. This one was just a no for me.
