Firstly I would like to thank NetGalley and Sophie Sullivan for an ARC copy of this book to review! I unfortunately have had to stop at about the 60% mark in this book because I just am having a hard time getting through it. While there are some funny and cute aspects to the book, it just a very slow slow burn and is just lagging on and on for me.
I haven’t found myself able to connect with these characters, to me there’s such a minimal connection between Wes and Hailey that I am having a hard time caring about how their story ends.

This friends-to-lovers/closed-door romance was really good! Our main characters have some stubbornness that was borderline annoying but thankfully they got their act together by the end 😂 This is the last in a trilogy but can definitely be read as a stand-alone because that’s what I did and didn’t feel like I was missing anything all.

This was a sweet and cute friends to lovers romance that I really enjoyed! I love how there was enough time in a friendship to build a romantic relationship, so the chemistry was lovely
The writing bounced back and forth from first to third person. I didn't care about the characters.
