Shorter than I imagined, based on its fame. Remarkable that such a story is so affecting while Poe famously abhorred moralizing literature, denouncing the idea that art must mean something or have some moral of the story.
Knowing there is none here, I can't give it too much credit, in addition to being verbose. It was intensely descriptive, creepy and had quite the climax of an ending too. Super fun!
