Dorothy runs a successful business and has worked with Imogen for the last 2 years. She offers her family's cottage for Imogen to use during her month long mandatory leave. Dorothy's daughter, Sarah, is concerned and worried that having Imogen will upset the steady life she has created for herself and her mother. While staying at the cottage Imogen discovers family, friendship, an adorable dog, and an attractive veterinarian.
This is a wonderful Christmas story willed with many heartwarming moments, a cozy setting, and characters I genuinely liked. I was rooting for Imogen to find happiness and love from page one. If you are looking for an enjoyable seasonal read then give this one a try.
