I just read this short story and I thought it rocked!

Ophelia works as a ticket taker at Crisante's House of Bizarro. That is, she works when Crisante himself isn't working her over in the back room. Overseeing the actions of Crisante is Madame Malevola, from a framed painting of her hanging on the wall. While Crisante works at Ophelia, she longs to be Miss Malevola. As the story progresses, she gets her chance.

This was a stark, bleak, fascinating little short and I plan to read more from this author.

Recommended for fans of hard hitting short stories, but be aware-the subject matter is violent and brutal. Proceed at your own risk!
