Love this novel. Portrayed the natural curiosity of a person, our determination to survive despite there being no reason, but also the complete opposite. I really enjoyed the narrator grappling with questions that will never be answered, forced into being content with the existence of these questions alone.
I also really enjoyed the sort of thought experiment of growing up without physical connection, both with oneself and with others. How this could affect how one thinks and feels. How the absence of experiences shapes our thought process, and how we do take any experiences for granted, not understanding or acknowledging how our experiences differ from others. That assumption that we live the same lives, despite different circumstances.
Finally, I found the exploration of sexuality outside of sexual experiences highly interesting. It was logical, theoretical.
