First book for me by this writer and I did like the story and especially the differences between the HH twin brothers. I did get annoyed at the h as they seem to be getting on really well and she'd bring up the Brandon wasn't ready to settle down or that he was a man whore but up to that point of the argument they'd be hot and heavy. In the end did enjoy but I feel the writing and relationship could have been better written.

Awkward and rushed
Okay before I go into the title I'd like to first comment that body positivity is not just about reminding full figured women they're beautiful. And slut shaming is never cool. There's nothing wrong with being thin and being a woman who chooses to have a one nightstand. And the acidic way the brothers spoke of their past partners was demeaning and unattractive. That alone would have been enough to put me off this book. Sure it's great that they were ready to shower compliments on Laura but the way the two treated every other woman in the book was downright atrocious and disrespectful. They weren't players, they were human scum. Or shifter scum in this case. It was downright appalling.
Most of the interactions between them were awkward and rushed, hard to believe because of the whiplash of instant emotion. Honestly I don't even really buy physical attraction between these three, don't even get me started on how unlikely I find the concept of any real feelings. The plot jumped from one scene to the next with poor flow and the character reactions were unrealistic.

I stumbled into this book. Few times along the way I wanted to DNF. The small inconsistencies were annoying - the character is loving the feel of soft carpet on her toes and she is having shoes on three sentences later, the not so sexy scene where a dude is being on top and using both hands to hold her head while they are kissing and is described as holding himself on both hands two sentences after, the "sexy descriptions" had a cringey effect like they were written while the author had a small brain aneurysm....and the final nail in the coffin for this book I pushed myself to read to the end was that apparently the "sister wives/brothers husbands" concept is not at all appealing to me.
Insta love effects and HEA asside, the ending was just ugh
