The book started out strong but the misogyny of one of the characters pulled me out and I never could get back into it. The book was short enough that i forced myself to finish it, but I don't think I got any value by doing so.

I also don't understand how they randomly went from hating two characters to having sex with them. That made no sense. It's one thing to work though those feelings, it's another thing to say "now that you're not going after me, I'm going to have sex with you. This is the best". The relationship between the couple is really poorly defined, which gives a really unrealistic impression of non-monogamy. The reader isn't even sure if they're swingers, poly, or simply failing to define what's happening and setting themselves up for disaster.
