Such a pretty, personal and cozy scifi novella! The setting was amazing, the characters real and the over all message was heartwarming and reassuring.

Your twenties are such an odd time. I had already been contemplating this when Moon Soul found me and I’m so glad it did. Not because it gave me answers—it actually probably gave me more questions—but because it helped show me that I am not alone. That others also feel untethered. That you can grow and learn at many stages of life. And that has been so helpful and beautiful to me

I chose this ARC because the synopsis really spoke to me. However I admit I had trouble reading it and connecting with August and the epistolary format is not my favourite so maybe that influenced me too.

What I can say is that this book certainly felt cozy and even sometimes comfortable - I found myself nodding along to certain scenes/words. But ultimately I don't think this was the book for me, as a person who went through similar things in the past, I just felt kind of... I've outgrown this. It may be silly to think so, but those were my thoughts. I have no doubt however that this book will help someone out there more than me.

Thank you to BookSirens for this ARC. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

It certainly fits the cozy Sci fi spot, which is a new to me genre. It has a very intimate feel from the get-go that I think k a lot of people will relate to.

I discovered Nathaniel, or he found me on IG, and as a fellow debut author, I knew it'd be a purchase. Then the gorgeous cover art definitely made me happy to have it on the shelf.

This is a sweet and touching read.

What a cozy read. I enjoyed August’s journey.

If you’ve ever felt lost at any time in your life, you’ll most likely connect to this story. And it just feels like a piece of art from the way it’s written to the scenery.

I want to see the purple moon! I want to see the paintings!

The letters and August’s sign offs were one of my favorite small touches throughout
