This is the second time I've read the book and unfortunately, I seemed to like it more the first time - I still liked it this time, just not as much. I'm also still in a slight reading slump, so that might affect things

The book seemed to improve as the story continued, but it was hard in the beginning to believe their romance. I don't know what it was, but there was something missing. I did enjoy their families and the ending was nice

This was a refreshing light read. I grew up watching telenovelas and soap operas so this was up my alley. The right amount of cheesy and drama that I love. It’s great to see more light hearted run romantic comedy’s center around Latinx characters. There was a diverse group of characters in this book which I thought was dope (although glossed over and not fully detailed) but I think it’s a good start.

Enjoyed this one.

I enjoyed this. Light, fluffy, behind the scenes telenovela book. The characters were, at times, immature and unbelievable, but not enough for me to put it down forever.

Really fun read. Loved all the latine references and all the diversity. Being on the set of a telenovela type of show was really fun and this just felt like a piece of my childhood made into an adult book. Loved it!
