To feel so seen in a romance novel is always a delight and I felt I could deeply relate to Jasmine's feelings. I appreciated seeing a romance with characters past their mid to late twenties and loved seeing the tension between the two characters build while filming. Some of Ashton's decisions I did not love, but I could see where he was coming from. This was a blast to read on a birthday weekend.

The representation was spot on and I loved that aspect of the book. Then the romance and everything else was just there. Enjoyable but not a book I'm about to recommend to others.
