A very good classic romance. Two lovers who are wildly in love, co workers, test of trust, fight in the third act, steamy sex scenes, ends in a pretty bow at the end with an epilogue. Enjoyed myself but not ground breaking.

DNFing at 32%. This seems cute but it's just not grabbing my interest enough to keep reading.

Two for one

Two romance storylines in a complex overlap, that somehow works. I really appreciate the time taken to address the issues of communication in relationships and hopefully it will continue to be theme in romance novels. There is so much more than bodice ripping here and I appreciate that.

A very cute story. It was just the right length, had funny moments, main characters that held my interest, and a bit of seasoning (it gets boring reading the same type of story all the time so I enjoyed the sprinkling of Spanish and Latin culture)

3.5

Solid 3.5-4 for me. I enjoyed the telenovela aspect and I liked how they handled adding in Spanish. Some books go over the top with it, in the sense they dumb everything down. This was a keep up, we will give you hints to what was said but not laying it all out. Which was nice.

My one big ahh moment - during one of the sex scenes Ashton comments on how she has some toys he is excited to try later but we never get that scene?! Don't tease us like that

uhmmm... this had potential. the initial smut scene made me feel violated and Jasmine being so cool with what happened wasn't okay. I couldn't listen to this book anymore without silently judging the both of them. Jasmines constant "leading lady plan", the "Jasmine list", "old Jasmine" "new Jasmine." at first I respected the fact that she openly admitted she was awful when it came to men, but then it just became annoying. Ashton is such a broken man and I understand why. BUT he needs to get professional help. hiding his son like he doesn't exist outside of his bubble is just what's irresponsible.
