Reading Janus's POV made me actually feel really bad for him. The Clary in Thule is dead, and he just feels eternal misery right now. Though obviously, I still don't agree with what he's doing.
On the other hand, we get to see Ash!!! Most of my memories of Ash is when Drew was able to speak with him. Makes me wonder if those two are also gonna be MCs in The Wicked Powers......
I loved seeing baby Mina a little grown up now, but still really young. Kit playing with her was so cute!!!

Forever Fallen is more a prequel to The Wicked Powers than anything else but I still don’t know how I feel about that series, or Janus and Ash etc… The idea is a bit outrageous (though I was totally for it after reading QoAaD, no lie) and the other thing is by the time I’m reading it I’ll be in college and that’s absolutely wild and incomprehensible to me right now.

Va muy de menos a más. Quizás influye que Jem nunca ha sido mi personaje favorito, pero no he disfrutado tanto este libro como hice con el de Simon. Todas las historias que tienen que ver con TLH o con Alec y Magnus son las que más me han gustado. Las dos últimas también han sido muy decentes con la nueva familia de Jem y Tessa.

the contrast between jem's happy little family and janus' creepy thoughts about clary was astounding, but the set-up for the wicked powers is there. now if only i wouldn't have to wait for multiple years...
