This book was lovely and sad and sweet and bittersweet.... It was written in a weird style, which was different, but not confusing. I'm glad I pulled this book out of the 'little lending library' from the neighbor's front yard.

I'm not sure I know what this book was aiming to do. I liked the main conceit but it felt like a lot of book for just that conceit. I don't understand many of the tangents or other plot points - there was no "aha" moment for me.
