THIS BOOK MADE ME SO MAD!! The writing was fine, if a bit flowery, and it had good spooky vibes, so it gets a bump up to 1.25. Originally I thought this could be maybe a 4 star but the twist at the end??
I fucking hate when it turns out to be ghosts!! That’s so disappointing!!! You couldn’t write a good plot twist so it had to be ghosts?? I figured out who had to be doing the murders and that was fine, it was based off and then there were none so that made sense. But oohhhh boy, I hate when it’s ghosts!! The plot twist was so dumb?!

Very well written! Engaging plot - love the references to And Then There Were None. Slightly predicted the plot twist, though

Just disappointment. It felt like if 2010s John Green/Gayle Forman decided to write a murder mystery but still needed it to be choked with metaphors every paragraph.

Loved this book so much I read it twice. By the end of the book, I was thinking WHAT DID I JUST READ! I thought I must have missed something, so I read it again. It had great twist and turns that I didn't want to put it down. I was emotional at the end, but I thought it was a quick and easy read.
