My first didion read. at first i was quite captivated with the opening and the writing style. the short chapters made it easy to read, which i tend to enjoy. themes of nihilism, womanhood, misogyny, mental health. towards the end i found it hard to follow and was just reading it for the sake of finishing it. perhaps the plot just became less interesting. but i'll never forget

the few chapters on her abortion because man, those made me hold my breath
