The inclusion of the found family was a nice surprise. I ended up really enjoying the crew of characters in this book. I will miss these characters and, despite this story having a satisfying conclusion, I wish there was more to read.

I really enjoyed this book. I will defiitely be reading more by T. Kingfisher after this.

I like that Marra reads as being nuerodivergent without it being over the top, like it feels like something you pick up on if you're also nuerodivergent but could miss otherwise.
The ending to me felt a bit anticlimactic.

I don't know what I would have liked different specifcally because I understand that Marra is a normal person that wants to go live her normal person life now (as normal as one with a Bonedog can be) but it still felt lacking something to me.
