Clean, tender depiction of a 2000s mall goth making a go of life and trying to navigate a predatory adult messaging her! So well done. Kudos to this Canadian artist, I am definitely a new fan. 🎊💕

This is my new favorite graphic novel! I loved all the social issues it covered and the growth of Liv. She’s truly an inspiration for struggle young adults. And I have to appreciate the Bisexual representation!

I follow this artist on social media and really enjoy their art. I wanted to love this, but I felt torn when I had finished this. I think there were too many elements/themes, or they weren't properly balanced for my taste. Still worth a read, especially if your library has a copy!

An endearingly geeky coming of age story about making new friends, learning to trust people when your heart has been broken, and figuring out who you are and where you fit in. There’s some heavy topics here - cheating boyfriends and dads, parental divorce, grooming by a teacher - but at the end, there is hope and support from friends and family.
