I started this series on book 3 without initially realizing it was a series, so I was excited to get to go back and read from the begging. Ultimately, I did enjoy this book. But it definitely felt like the first book in a series as it got a little info-dumpy and wordy at times trying to build up the back story. I'm still looking forward to seeing what else Eddie Flynn gets up to though.
