Excellent collection of data and anecdotes to help parents navigate a diet/anti-far world. Definitely some absolute statements that seemed not-so-absolute, and I wanted more scripts, but I overall enjoyed it.

Thoughts

I saw this on @thestackspod 2023 wrapup and knew I wanted to read it.

I felt like this book was very informative. It goes into how more and more research is showing that weight has a lot to do with genetics. It also spoke one how harmful diet culture is.

There were some things that were said to have a negative impact but I didn’t feel like we are given an alternative.

I do think this is a book everyone should read. It will give you a lot to think about and how you interact with people around you.
