The prequel wasn't that great, but I liked the sound of the plot so I was excited to see how it all turned out, but everything about this book is just... off. Everything felt awkward and either moved too fast or too slow in their respective situations, and it honestly felt like a weird 50 shades of grey thing...
It was just weird reading this book from the POV of a 22 year old girl who has the voice of a 16 year old girl saying HOT every other paragraph, and then it flips to a serious business, adult-y talk. I want to read the sequel to see how the plot all turns out since this book ended on a cliffhanger, but I wouldn't recommend these books. There are much better books with plots about fake relationships that turn real, or falling in love with a sibling's best friend.

What is happening

Mila has been crushing on TJ forever. As her brother's best friend, TJ never noticed her as a woman-just Cody's kid sis.
When all that changes, Mila is giddy and excited. Confusion doesn't take long to set in either. Wishes are coming true, but are they really? What are everyone's motives?

The suspense is twisting me up. I can't wait to read part 2.

I liked the storyline of the book and the back and forth between TJ and Mila.

I hated TJ and his behavior. I wanted to throat punch him.

Hopefully things will turn out better in book 2 and TJ won't be such an ass.

Another Steamy Twisted Story!

So this author is the QUEEN of twists! I mean you honestly never know what's going to happen and she always manages to leave you slack jawed in surprise! TJ and Mila's story was HOT, HOT, HOT!! I can't wait for part two in September!

In this book we have Mila, who has been in love with her brother’s best friend her whole life and she is wanting him more than ever now that they are both grownups. At times I felt like poor Mila was a little naïve when it came to wanting to seduce TJ and the way she lied to try to make him jealous, but as the story goes on we know that Tj is up to something other than a 4 week fiancé and I felt bad for Mila because she has no clue she is being set up we just don’t know exactly how or why yet. Tj is powerful and seems like he has a dark side to him, he is truly attracted to Mila, but his hidden agenda makes it seem like he doesn’t care if he ends up hurting her or himself in the end. I am very curious to see what is going on and I want to see what this other side of Tj is about.

Wow

I can't wait for the Second book.

If TJ ask me to be his four week fiancé I will say yes too but I know I will hate to know what is going on with his dad and him in this whole plan.

Is so crazy and I need to know how TJ is going to get his cake and eat it too.

Mila is going to be crush when she finds out all of TJ secrets. Idk how I feel about TJ myself.
