Little Women is such a warm and cozy read that made me feel like I grew up alongside the March sisters. Jo was definitely my favorite! Her fiery spirit, independence, and tomboyish quirks never fully faded, even as she grew into her role in society. I also loved how Marmee always had a way of turning every moment into a gentle lesson.

I’ll admit, I was totally Team Jo and Laurie,

but I can see how Amy and Laurie balanced each other out, even if it wasn’t what my heart wanted

. Poor sweet Beth and her bond with Mr. Laurence got me emotional too.

By the end, I felt proud of each sister, like I’d watched them truly grow up. This story is heartfelt, timeless, and the kind of book I know I’ll come back to whenever I want that cozy, comforting feeling.
