This was god awful. I love a dark, violent man but uhm this guy is a rapist and this girl needs an actual adult to STEP IN and force her to grow up bc making these kinds of irresponsible decisions (and being petulant and whiny the entire time) made me nauseous.

This book was really good. I wasn’t for sure what to expect because everyone writes mafia stories differently. Love Natalia in this book, she might be young, and got with the wrong man (at first). But I don’t think she was thinking more than being safe with Christian her best friend’s dad. The age gap is 23 years but he doesn’t act his age and neither does she. Can’t wait to read about Benny.

Goodness I love these two. The sex is hot and plentiful(yay!) and Natalia is perfect at being the person Christian can be softer with. I do wish we'd had a tad more time in between hate and love that wasn't Christian kinda hate fucking Natalia lol. It would've been nice to have some interactions where she's soft with him and they're learning things about each other. Also Kylie Stewart might be my new fave female narrator. She is excellent.
