Very cute, reading it felt like a hug - exactly what I needed. The ending seemed quite rushed, no need for all of that commotion in my opinion. Very happy there was no third act break up/drama though!

I am deceased. This book is everything. It had me grinning like an idiot. I loved the characters so much. One of my favorite parts of this book is the fact that it’s a fade to black romance but it still had so much chemistry that made me blush. It didn’t rely on smut to make it a super amazing romantic story. This is my first Sarah Adams read and I WILL be reading more. Swoon swoon swoon.

There were a lot of things I really loved about this book. It was my introduction to Sarah Adams and I really do get the hype around her books. It's like your best friend is telling you a story and giving you a hug at the same time. I absolutely love her humor. I laughed out loud quite a few times. The first maybe half of the book I was absolutely smitten. Charmed. Hooked. The second half? Meeeehhhhh. Not a fan of where it went. A little over the top for me. Still, it was cute and wholesome and an awesome palette cleanser. I'd love to see more teens picking up a Sarah Adams book to get their dopamine instead of some of the darker Colleen Hoover-type books I see floating around. My girl can write some serious chemistry while keeping it clean. That's a talent, my friends. I'll definitely read her others.

I read this in one sitting and I think that only added to my experience. It’s not some deep, enlightening romance novel. It’s a relatively light-hearted rom-com that I was happy to be a part of.
