So romantic and sweet and fun.
Not my favorite romance but I didn't think it was as bad as some of these commenters make it out to be. If you read the synopsis, you know what you're in for... Friends to lovers, fake dating, closed-door romance. Did they seem young? Yep--but so do a lot of folks in their 20s these days. Perhaps better suited for a YA audience.
If closed-door romance is your thing, you read YA, and you like sports (i.e. dance and football) this could be for you. I, personally, liked her other ones (When In Rome and Practice Makes Perfect) better.

lighthearted
I really didn't think Sarah could endear me to her writing more after The Off-Limits Rule and The Temporary Roomie. I was wrong. There are so many good one-liners!
This dual POV romcom shows Bree and Nathan years into best friendshiphood (that's a word, even if I just made it up). Both love the other and want more. Both can't stand the idea of losing the other by pursuing a relationship. But Bree's lack of filter and tequila-gate open the door to a fake relationship during the playoffs leading up to the Super Bowl. Their chemistry is amazing and the cheat sheet antics hilarious.
It's official. I can no longer say friends-to-lovers is not for me. Sarah crushes this trope! I can only hope we see more of these sports romances from her in this vein. I think his teammates could use their own HEA's. Gimme! :)
This book is completely huggable. My heart swelled up like The Grinch. It just feels so big and sappy that it's bound to burst.
Thank you to the author and NetGalley for the advanced copy. All thoughts in this review are my own.

“I. Can’t. Feel. My. Toes.”
Ok! I forgot how fun Sarah’s books can be! This has been on my TBR for way too long and I’m excited I finally got to it. There was some miscommunication that I felt like went on a bit too long and our FMC seemed a bit immature for her age when it came to relationships. But! When they finally started talking things out, it was smooth sailing from there. I loved everything else! I seriously laughed so much during this read. Friends to lovers, sports romance with the funniest teammates/friends, and sweetest love story! Plus! Teddy Hamilton as Nathan was extra nice! He honestly can not narrate a book poorly. Excited to read The Rule Book soon!

Cute and easy read, nothing too steamy but I do like the relationship building in it
I liked this a lot more than I was expecting to! Super cute and was more than just a fluffy read. It’s the first friends to lovers trope I’ve read and looks like I need to find my next one!
