Fast paced and fun. Very 1990s - car phones, casual sexual harassment, family values. Some very dark content is glossed over, which also feels very 90s to me. Narrator was a great fit. Stephanie Plum is shot out of a cannon and I’m here for it.

This has aged extremely poorly. The writing is readable and Stephanie has a fun enough character voice, but every single character is so disgustingly misogynistic and at 50% she has been harassed, stalked, assaulted in the shower, and had her shirt looked down (some of that by the character I'm guessing is the series love interest). No thanks.
