Loved this! I enjoyed the way this author messed with the "one true love" trope to make it more complicated. The worldbuilding was impressive, the characters were unique and lovable, and I loved the titular character. Her inner turmoil was wonderful to read (as was the love interest's, admittedly), and each twist dragged me in further. Couldn't put this down! Already bought the next book in the series to read soon.

I love Jade and Steve! Jade is a kick butt and fierce character. I like that when she finally had enough she finally did what would make her happy. This is a well written story that is told a great pace.
