It’s a cute romance. Very spicy. I enjoyed it for the most part, but having the niece’s POV made it feel a little confusing and convoluted. It was also a little cheesy and tacky with a lot of internet references that can easily feel outdated.
Moderate: Pregnancy
Minor: Violence, Fatphobia, Child abuse, and Vomit

I liked it to begin with but Trista became frustrating pretty quickly. Her "I don't need anyone's help" vibes were so annoying and I hated how the miscommunication trope reared it's ugly head so often. I enjoyed it once they got together but it felt pretty rushed, I would have loved to see more of their relationship. I also would have liked to see Trista go into labour or even the delivery, for a book about pregnancy that section sure got glossed over! I loved the found family feels but once again it was so rushed that you really didn't get much time to enjoy it.
The spicy scenes were fun and I loved the brothers dynamic.

4.5
Overall: 4.5/5
Spice level: 3/5
Tropes: surrogate, breeding kink, age gap, grumpy/sunshine, found family, he falls first
Representation: FMC is plus size
CW: discussions of parental death, child abandonment
First of all, our FMC, Trista, is absolutely unhinged. In the best way. She has zero filter and is so down to earth and hilarious! And I love that's plus size and never fetishized by our MMC Wyatt. He loves her as is and every aspect of her.
This story has tropes I absolutely love when done right: he falls first, grumpy/sunshine, and the breeding kink (which comes as a result of Trista being a surrogate for Wyatt).
Wyatt and Trista have so much chemistry, it's explosive. They're both strong and can be stubborn but also both have huge hearts. Wyatt definitely showed that his love language was acts of service and repeatedly doted on Trista, even when she didn't want it.
The plot had some slow parts to it but overall the plot and pacing were well done. And I thoroughly enjoyed the found family that Trista had in the Fletchers. It was so heartwarming!
