The whole you're a reincarnated wizard bit threw me off like woah. I like the reintroduction of the falconer at the end though, as well as the 2 timestreams.

Didn't like it as much as I liked the first two, but I'm still looking forward to their next adventures!

This series is so much fun to read. I love the characters, the writing is insanely clever and the pacing is quick. This third book in the series was my favorite so far. I loved finally meeting Sabetha the and I hope we get to see more of her in the future. I can't wait for the next installment!

What followed was a pandemonium of finger-pointing and hard words in which the intelligence, birth city, artistic capacity, work habits, skin color, dress sense, and personal honor of every participant were insulted at least once.

So glad this is not the end for the Gentlemen Bastards. This one seemed to better take up the energy and spirit of the first book, more so than book two, and the denouement has salivating for the next installment.

Love these books, love the characters, finally got to find out about the famous Sabitha. Can’t recommend this series enough!
