This was tooth-achingly sweet, with a deeply rich center, and the most heartwarming cast of characters. The perfect balance of humor, emotional depth, and charm. I loved this rag-tag bunch, and this story was well-paced and beautifully written, I really enjoyed this!

the writing was so refreshing! maybe ive just been reading badly written books lately but it just clicked so well with me. sangu made reading so easygoing. i felt as though the prose took me by the hand and eased me into comfort like “you’re in good hands, you can relax here”.
it was just as easy to connect with and fall in love with all the characters in Nowhere House. a lovely little found family<3
primrose definitely thought of mika as her daughter considering the soul crushing little jabs that only a mother could come up with. she did have some redeeming qualities of course..
mika is one of the better characterised mcs ive had the pleasure of reading about! just such a sweetheart i absolutely loved her.
great cozy vibes and thematically strong—letting oneself be vulnerable even if it hurts you

It felt like not a lot happened in this book when it came to the plot but if you like all comfort no hurt reads then this is the book for you.

The characters and setting were very charming. Sometimes it was a little too sweet for me, bit I got swept up in it anyway. I really enjoyed the magic and witch lore. I liked Mika but especially loved the girls and Ken and Ian. The main drawback holding me back from a better rating is that I found the romance pretty boring and predictable, though there were a few highlights. Jamie was just a character I've seen many times before. That said, I enjoyed this book and would recommend it to a fantasy fan who likes found family and cosy stories.

A truly lovely read about finding home and family in the face of trauma-response demanding otherwise. It landed as a warmer, fuzzier, even more tender House in the Cerulean Sea.

The book is heartwarming and relaxing. This is a story of found family and finding small ways to make changes in the the world. Pretty much every character is lovable in their own way and all of their interactions are so wholesome and the romantic relationships are very sweet.
