Wonderful mystery writer! Along the lines of Ruth Rendell. Can't wait for the next one!

Just finished listening to this on audible.com. Loved it as it explores/continues Rebecka's healing and gives us that detailed aura of the landscape/region.

Too many subplots attempted, making the novel as a whole fragmented and at times difficult to get through.

Violent but I am addicted to this series. The characters are growing and changing.

I did not care about the characters, the whole business-thing plot was boring and there wasn't enough information for the actual police procedural or about Rebecka, Anna-Maria and Sven-Erik. Also the whole side plot with Rebecka and Måns liking each other felt ridiculous.
