A lovely read. Tucci comes across as a lovely, interesting, thoughtful and kind person. He leads a very full life filled with celebrity friends, but is never arrogant or entitled. I found his book really nice.

I don’t know why I went into this book looking for Anthony Bourdain’s ghost, but I did. Alas, I only found a persnickety foodie more akin to myself than the late humble chef. What I do know now is that I will be booking a table in forever with these two as table mates. What better food and better company could you hope to find 😇

I had no expectations going in to this book but was delighted at how seamlessly it flowed and highlighted food and our relationship with food and family. I had no idea Stanley Tucci was funny and found myself laughing out loud more than a few times. A wonderful read. I’d recommend it.
