I will never turn down an opportunity to read or better yet listen to Stanley Tucci. This is a very personal book about his family, friends, obsession with death and it's peppered with recipes. Loved it.

I’m learning that i may be more of a fiction rather than non-fiction reader, what with this and the diving bell and the butterfly both receiving 3’s from me, a mark of a good, strong book nonetheless though!
Overall I really loved this book, while i think it meandered at times, when Stanley wanted to get poetic or heartfelt it came through fantastically. I’ll be thinking of the widower and the recipe book chapter for a while.
