It was ok, slow here and there. The plot twist I didn’t seem coming because I don’t think it makes sense at all.

This book had me reading every moment I could. Leah was a dancer. She was injured and now cannot dance. Her husband, Ben, wants them to start over and have a family. He moves them out to a home in the woods but before he can fully explain his plans, he gets called to the city. Leah ends up by herself in the new house. She meets a creepy neighbor, finds out some scary information about the house and still Ben hasn't returned. Ben has secrets but so does Leah. There is quite a bit going on. The time lines had me a little confused, but I think that was more me. There were two times, Leah's and then Ben's. I would forget and put them together. There are a lot of secrets in this story. Both Ben and Leah are not to be trusted. I wouldn't trust the neighbor either. I would have liked an update at the end...maybe 5 years in the future.
