Good graphic novel. Definitely captures the teen angst. But the description of how the author creates the book at the end was great!

I didn’t like this as much as the first one. But I am looking forward to the third installment

I really enjoyed this graphic novel about finding out who you are, what you want and following your passions. I liked that Bina spent a lot of time contemplating who she was, what she wanted and being mature enough to own up to it, even when it's hard. I liked the diversity and the way the author shared Bina's relationship journey. Many kids are late bloomers and/or aromantic/asexual and that isn't discussed enough in literature.

Super fun! I appreciate how realistic the middle school love interest is, in that
Spoilerthere is one fumbly kiss and a swift breakup.

A good follow up to All Summer Long. I like that these books didn't feel forced in any one direction. Bina was unreasonable, and then reasonable, and calm and wild in turns, as any 8th grade kid will be.
I like that Bina took her music seriously though. She didn't let herself get distracted by a boy. Good stuff.
