I really enjoyed this book. I was worried after seeing some of the mixed reviews but I liked this book and everything in it. I will say sometimes there were some cringey things said during steamy scenes but not enough to deter me.

I absolutely love the grumpy x sunshine trope and that is Knox and Naomi to a T. The plot was great and just when you think the situation is getting better, Tina shows you how wrong you are. Waylay was one of my favorites, my heart hurt for her at times but she’s a trooper. I love the found family aspect as well. This was such a cute, fun, small town romance with some drama of course. It quickly turned me into a fan of Knockemout (both the town and series).

the hype DID NOT LIE. WHY DID NO ONE SHOVE THIS BOOK DOWN MY THROAT SOONER. I loved every single second of this book. It was sweet it was funny it was suspenseful i LOVED IT. The bonus epilogue has me in a million pieces
