This was such an easy read, time flew by so quickly. The story deals with such heavy topics, but there’s a great balance with fun moments, steamy moments. I’m starting to repeat myself with Elle Kennedy books, but if I need to be sure I’m going to have a good time, I know that’ll be the case with any of her books!

logan's dad is an alcoholic, and this is shown on the page in a few scenes, & past incidents with him are mentioned by logan. drugs are mentioned briefly a couple of times. there is a lot of binge drinking in a "typical" college way, i.e. frat parties, but the only alcoholism is logan's dad, not the main characters, although they do drink at times. the sexual assault mentioned does not actually occur, but one of the main character's friends is in danger of assault or possibly rape at one point (the characters arrive before anything happens)
