He is a good man

Kai my gentle, kind man.
Absolutely flawless. Throughout the book Kai’s kindness has shined through.
I love that once they decided they are in this they didn’t backtrack and hide when things got tough.

Argh Jason Harding is trash! I also need more of Kylie’s savagery please.

The kind of friends to lovers I can get behind. Kai was not playing with Olivia. He was not coming up off her! All the feels. All the way down to the old school music to clean on the weekend. Kylie is a main character!! Okayyyy! Mix in some sport romance, a controlling father and touching on race. I really enjoyed this one. And it was nice to catch up with the other couples. 

I do wish we got answers from her mom but sometimes it’s best to let sleeping dogs lie.
