I hadn't been much of a reader of these sorts of books, but I took a chance on this one, partially because I loved the blurb and partially because I thought the cover was really cute. I was blown away by just how much I loved this womanly sleuth read!

The author has written the story exceptionally well. While it is a shorter read, it doesn't lack in detail or excitement. I really liked that so much attention was paid to detail, both for the mystery to be solved and for the characters.

I found it really easy to connect and jump right in And be a part of the story, as the characters were well defined, had great personalities and they stuck to their tendencies, making them very real. I also liked how the characters interacted with each other.

The story was a very light-hearted, fun detective style story. I truly found it enjoyable and very much look forward to reading more from this author.
