This book was boring. And it did not change my mind about mental health.
The text consisted of mostly anecdotes and stories from the writer's career in psychiatry. It was bland and often stopped at surface-level stuff. I guess I would categorize this as an 'airport read'.

very very good, would recommend it to anyone. very informative but still remains humorous and entertaining. challenged all assumptions i had made about mental illnesses, especially schizophrenia. SO GOOD
