I've had this title on my shelf for a bit now, but until recently, hadn't picked it up. The title is a colab between 3 extreme horror authors, and recently won a splatterpunk award for best collection. With the splatterpunks over, and the book taking home the title, I decided to dive in.
This book is insane. It is one of the most brutal things I can remember reading. There are no punches pulled here, all 3 authors take the theme and run with it, and you can just tell they all had a great time cooking up various tales of depravity. All of the stories are worth the price of entry here, and it's difficult for me to choose one of the 6, so I wont.
Buy this book, you won't be disappointed.
