Feels a little outdated and a little high-level, but given the gap in much literature on this topic, it was good.

A lot of this book is categorization and sanitized examples, maybe because it seems highly focused on introducing the concept rather than on helping. It'll be interesting to see, over the long term, whether the tiny amount of advice in it is actually practical.

If you, or someone you know or provide services for, is wholly unaware of this evaluation, maybe you'll find more value.

Well-written (I find some psychology books are overly wordy/technical for the average person; this one definitely isn't), easy to understand, with sound theory behind it.

I may have some things to unpack.
